God created us to be perfect and without sin. But because we failed and disobayed God, he decided to send his son Jesus to live a life witout sin and then die and shed his blood for us so that we would have a chance to enter the kingdom of heaven. (Remember he was human, and he was like all humans tempted by the Devil).

Everything in the old testament are pointing towards our saviour Jesus. In the old testament they had to sacrifice innocent lambs whenever they had committed a sin. The reason for this is that innocent blood is the only thing that can cleanse our sins and remove the gap between our Holy God and us sinners.

Because of Jesus and his innocent blood we do not have to and we are not supposed to continue sacrificing because Jesus is our lamb. Jesus is Gods gift to us sinners. Remember Jesus is God so in other words it was God himself who became human through Jesus to lead a life without sin and suffer and die for us sinners. God could have made a decision not to care at all, but because God is also a loving God he made it possible through the act of Jesus to remove the gap between us sinners and the holy God. If we don't realize this and don't receive him as our personal saviour and try our best to obey the law we have no chance to escape hell and enter heaven.

Remember God loves all his children and that is why he wants all of us to receive Jesus as our personal saviour. After we have received him as our personal saviour we should try our best to become the perfect person God intended us to be. (Keep his commandments and obey the law). All the commandments are a perfect laws, because God is perfect.

His laws are meant to be GOOD for us, because God is good.
His laws are all about LOVE bacause God is love.
God is PERFECT and he wanted all humans to be perfect, but because he gave us a free will we decided to not trust in God and disobayed him. That was when the sin entered this world. The earth would be a perfect place if it had not been for our sins.

But because God loves all of us despite our sinful nature, he came up with the salvation plan. Because of Jesus we now have a chance to be a part of his next perfect creation. He will create a new earth where only true Christians will have a chance to be a part of.
